Why is FitPro Music only available online?
FitPro Music is licensed to produce original artist music under its UK licensing agreement, for sale via FitPro Music’s online store.

Are there restrictions for playing music?
It is unlawful to reproduce publicly protected music without obtaining a license from ASCAP and BMI to do so, if that reproduction will be played in a public forum.

Why must I supply my home mailing address for shipping purposes?
A valid home mailing address, not a PO box, must be supplied during the ordering process, as FitPro Music can not guarantee that packages will be received otherwise and we want you to receive your music in a timely and efficient manner.
Why does FitPro Music choose soft plastic envelopes over hard plastic jewel cases?
FitPro Music wants to make sure that you get your music in the best condition possible. Hard plastic cases tend to crack in transport and can lead to damaged CDs. Soft plastic envelopes permit easy visual identification of the CD contents and remain pliable during shipping, preventing cracking and damage.
Why does the site not work with Safari?
We're currently working on implementing some fixtures so that the site will work with the Safari browser. A good alternative is Firefox.
Why can't I play any of the music?
This website requires that you have version 6 (or later) of Adobe Flash Player. Download it.
